All the team are very welcoming.
They were all so kind and considerate to me, a huge Thank you to you all
I attended the Nuffield hospital for a major spinal operation in September 2020. This was during the Covid pandemic. At all times, in all aspects of my care, l was treated with care and respect and very professionally by all members of the various staff teams. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital.
Fantastic team of nurses on Cotswold ward
Everyone involved in my care was amazing. They were all extremely professional and very caring. In addition they were also very kind to my husband who was concerned about me. Thank you to everyone who helped us.
I visited the hospital several times firstly for a consultation, then for a CT scan, then a pre op, an operation after which I stayed in overnight and finally for a check of my wounds a week afterwards. At every stage the staff and nurses were very professional and did an excellent job. The nurses that looked after me during the evening and night after my operation were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble to help me feel better.
As per the comments made on my original form, the catering needs improvement for patients who are in recovery into late in the evening.
Other than that not a problem.
Overall, a great level of care and kindness from initial consultation through to procedure, ward care and subsequent consultation.
I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Nuffield Cheltenham.
Do need to get their Wi-Fi sorted though!
Great hospital with lovely, kind and caring people
I recently underwent surgery on my shoulder at the Nuffield Hospital in Cheltenham.
I could not fault the Hospital or the staff in any way, first class.
The nurses were all excellent and took great care of me. Nothing was too much for them. They helped reassure me knowing it was my first time experiencing surgery.
Monika was especially brilliant with me. She was encouraging, friendly, funny but also nicely firm when required to make me do the things I needed to be doing to get to a place where I could go home.
